❥ Japanese Brand L'est Rose White & Black Tiered Ruffle Chiffon Skirt
❥ A cutesy white chiffon type material skirt with black polka dots. It has tiered ruffles on the whole thing. The tag has some marks, but it's from my dryer and isn't noticeable at all when wearing. You could probably cut it off if you wanted. 
❥ Secondhand. Good condition. Tag has couple marks.
